"Over the last few weeks, I faced quite a few inconveniences and frustrations with the company overall, especially around communication and getting responses back in a timely manner. However, I want to make sure I separate my experience with the company from my experience with Melinda.
Out of my 2 years as a customer, Melinda was by far the best person I worked with. She was consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care not just about the company, but about helping customers and making sure things were handled properly. Even during the cancellation process, she stayed helpful and respectful throughout.
