I have spoken to the receptionist that spoke to you about her demeanor on the phone and explained the need for professionalism at all times. I can assure you that while she did laugh while you were on the phone with her she was not laughing at you. I know it can be frustrating when you are not promptly receiving the answers to your issues with your bill. Unfortunately, when you called everyone was busy with other customers and our receptionist is not trained to work through the complex billing issues created when customers checks are repeatedly returned. As soon as a licensed agent was available, we attempted to assist you in understanding what payment needed to be made to bring your account current so that you would not lose your coverage.
